The Delaware Diocese Gospel Coalition Inc. is a Kingdom-centered organization committed to unity, spiritual empowerment, leadership development, and community transformation. Under the leadership of Founder & CEO Apostle Dr. Sheila Dunbar, the Coalition brings together pastors, bishops, apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers, ministers, churches, and Kingdom leaders with a shared vision of strengthening the Body of Christ and advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
At the heart of the Coalition is a commitment to the Five-Fold Ministry gifts described in Ephesians 4:11–12: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers. We believe these ministry gifts are essential for equipping and developing the saints, strengthening the Church, and preparing believers to fulfill their God-given assignments.
Our mission is to equip, educate, empower, encourage, and unite Kingdom leaders to serve with biblical integrity, spiritual maturity, excellence, and Apostolic authority. Through fellowship, mentorship, prayer, leadership training, ministry development, ordination and ecclesiastical support, community outreach, and Kingdom collaboration, the Delaware Diocese Gospel Coalition seeks to provide an environment where leaders can grow, connect, and effectively serve.

The Coalition is committed to building bridges across denominational, generational, and cultural boundaries while honoring the diversity of gifts, callings, and assignments within the Body of Christ.
